HiFi picks up the calls you can’t, answers questions about your business, takes messages, screens calls and transfers the ones you want, and makes appointments (coming soon).

Normally your recent and missed calls show up as a list of unknown numbers. HiFi tells you who called, what happened, and what needs your attention.

Every call is summarized and important details are highlighted for you. Add things like events to your calendar with a tap.

HiFi uses Hiya’s best in class security platform to detect spam, screen unwanted calls, and detect AI voices, deepfakes, and scams during every call.
